i enjoyed the central location a lot. it allowed me to easily walk to most attractions (it's such a charming city!). the staff was also very friendly and cute, always ready to assist with a smile.
i found that the air conditioning was not working properly. i went to the front desk, but it was not resolved . the breakfast pastries seemed a little dry (i prefer them fresh).

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with many options each day. The location is perfect. I walked less than 10 minutes to major attractions (the Trevi Fountain is very close).
The soundproofing was poor, so I could hear noise from outside. It wasn't ideal for a good night's sleep. This could be an issue for light sleepers.

The hotel offers a rooftop bar, though it was closed (I visited in November). There is daily cleaning and towel change available, but only if you place a sign outside the door.

I appreciated the location a lot. Key attractions were very accessible! The staff at the front desk provided friendly and helpful service. They assisted with directions. The breakfast had various options. It suited different tastes, plus, the bar on the top floor offered a great spot to relax after exploring the city. This hotel is amazing!
I found that the room faced an adjacent building's wall, thus, there was no view or sunlight. It would avoid disappointments.
